For the majority of my life, I've struggled with depression and anxiety which ultimately led to self-sabotaging any progress I would make - health, fitness or otherwise. No matter how many fitness challenges I did, how much weight I lost, how many days I stayed on a diet, how subjectively great my job or my relationships were, I always managed to tear myself down.
This cycle went on for years. It wasn't until recently that I realized until I committed to working on my internal issues, until I learned to love myself whole, no superficial facade was going to save me.
So, I did. I committed to a plan. I invested in myself. I fell off track countless times, but I kept getting back on. Sometimes the next day, sometimes the next week, sometimes the next month. No matter how many times I fell off the track, I had committed to always get back on. If something wasn't working, I altered the plan. It took years, but I've finally learned what works for me.
And although I know everyone is different, I've decided to implement some of the key factors that worked for me into this program:
1) Group fitness. No matter what stage I was at in my journey, group fitness classes were my happy place. I thrived in this community much more than I did working out on my own. There's something to be said about the energy and inspiration that comes with a group atmosphere.
2) Coaching. Having a guide to turn to for support and motivation when you need it the most is invaluable when you're committed to loving yourself to the fullest.
3) Mindfulness. This was the missing piece of my puzzle for years. For some reason, I couldn't grasp meditation, journaling or spirituality. Once I made a conscious effort to include short meditations and journaling into my routine I noticed a significant shift in the way I handled negative self-talk, anxiety, and self-sabotaging tendencies.
OK! SO, is it actually possible to build strength and confidence from the inside, out? Hint: HECK YA IT IS!
Maybe you keep falling back into old patterns because you haven't done the work from the inside first. The work that requires you to learn to love and be comfortable with yourself. The work to build trust in yourself to SHOW UP for yourself. The work to learn to love yourself so much that keeping your mind and body healthy are gifts you give yourself - not something you have to do to look a certain way. Showing up for yourself builds trust in yourself. Having trust in yourself is what builds CONFIDENCE.
If you would LOVE to stop self-sabotaging and start taking the right steps to FULLY love yourself and build strength and confidence from the inside out, then this program is for you.

"My whole purpose of joining was to find something I'd genuinely enjoy and want to stick with, cause that's something I've struggled to find where I didn't feel like less of a person because of my body type. I really feel like I've found the space where I can be myself, and continue to improve myself in a way that benefits me. My body is getting stronger and so is my confidence and I'm really loving each workout. Thank you."

"I love having a routine with you all! Having the accountability with the group has been very motivating. Getting ideas from you all is great and something I didn’t expect going in. I’ve done things like Noom before which is the same kind of idea for just the nutrition and sharing, but I lost interest after a while because I didn’t feel like I knew the people. But going to classes with you and doing the Sunday sessions feels like we’re a beach body crew now lol. Aside from that, meal prepping with my partner has been a bonding experience and we feel happier and healthier. More able to face the rest of this pandemic!"

"I’ve certainly struggled with showing myself the proper love it deserves. That said, I’m really enjoying the experience overall and being immersed in something for me. Yes some of the workouts are tough (F*ck, Adie! Lol) but knowing I’m getting stronger everyday, physically and most importantly, mentally, that’s what keeps me going. Plus I love learning new yummy recipes!"
