Shannon Rosen is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist working remotely from Vancouver, BC. She has completed her studies in nutrition and has been on her own health journey for much of her adult life. Shannon empowers her clients to take charge of their own health, form lasting healthy habits, and keeps them accountable while giving them the motivation and education they need to succeed. Julia Liber is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and member of the Ordre Professionnel des diététistes du Québec. She chose to become a dietitian due to her strong passion for helping and empowering people, in addition to her belief that nutrition is key to a healthy lifestyle. After obtaining her dietetics degree at McGill University, she worked in private practice, in addition to providing group presentations at the community level.
Julia provides one-on-one nutrition counselling in both English and French. Julia's specialty is preventive nutrition. She helps her clients reduce their risk of developing chronic diseases by providing a personalized nutrition plan catered to her individual clients. She uses a non-diet a
