So, you want to build strength and start feeling better in your everyday life. Maybe you want to start feeling more confident in your body, the way you move and the woman you see in the mirror. You want to be able to show up for yourself in the gym so you can show up better in all aspects of your life: activities with your family and friends, travelling, carrying groceries and luggage, going up and down stairs, sitting through work, playing with kids, etc...and you want to do it without feeling like it's another item on your already long "to-do" list.
But so far, everything you've tried has left you feeling even more overwhelmed and unmotivated, wondering why you can't seem to stick to anything. I get it.

Hi there! I'm Adelade, a Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist. I help women overcome gym anxiety and start their strength training journey using a holistic, beginner-friendly approach. I meet you where you are, without intense, overwhelming programs.
For over a decade, I struggled with yo-yo dieting and exercising. I only saw exercise as something you did to lose weight, which made it very frustrating and impossible to stick to. Now, as a woman over 35, I've realized the latest diet trend and intense workout plans are not the way to build gym confidence and consistency needed to reach your goals and actually make lasting change.
The secret lies in shifting the way you think about exercise; building strength so you can keep doing the things you love, with the people you love. Finding JOY in getting stronger so you can live independently for longer.
I promise you this: you CAN build strength with a sustainable fitness routine that fits your life. You CAN change your relationship with exercise so that it becomes something you stay consistent to and even look forward to.
And I'm here to help you do that!
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Behavior Change Specialist. After being laid-off from my job during COVID, I decided to take my passion for fitness full-time. Since then I have helped hundred of women find fitness freedom by experiencing the many benefits it has in their everyday lives; physically, mentally, and just improving their overall quality of life.
As a Personal Trainer, my job is to create customized fitness programs tailored to your unique lifestyle and goals. I will guide you through proper form and technique to help prevent injury, motivate you when you need it most, and monitor your progress along the way. If something isn't working, we'll adjust your program until it is perfectly suited.
As a Behavior Change Specialist I will work with you to come up with the best plan to help you reach your goals, offer strategies for handling setbacks and setting boundaries, while focussing on the possibilities of the future rather than the deficits of the past. Together, we'll track your progress, celebrate your wins, and learn how to adjust as needed so that you can keep moving forward.
I offer my services both online (anywhere) and
in-person in Montreal, Canada.
Reaching your health and fitness goals is about so much more than just following another workout plan. My combined expertise as a Certified Behavior Change Specialist and Personal Trainer will allow us to work together to create a program that is sustainable to your unique lifestyle.
You'll learn how to adapt when things don't go according to plan, or in other words, when "life stuff" happens, so that you can treat yourself with compassion, stay consistent and let go of the guilt and shame.
My programs are not a quick fix. Your fitness is not a means to an end.
My mission is to help you FEEL the benefits of strength training so that it becomes something you can finally stay committed to.
