A live, 40 minute 1:1 training session to improve form and technique while incorporating exercises to help you reach your goals. Following the session, you'll receive a session review along with recommendations for for future workouts.
8 x 40 minute 1:1 training sessions. Clients can choose to have 1 or 2 sessions per week for up to 2 months. Includes initial and bi-weekly fitness assessment. Add $100 for weekly nutrition coaching.
A virtual 40 minute training session for 2! Train with a friend or parter at the same time online from anywhere in the world (or in the same home).
