10 x 50 minute personal training sessions at PWR Studio in Westmount. Ideal for those who are seriously motivated to work out with a trainer and on their own. All sessions must be used within 6 weeks (2-3 sessions per week with exceptions made for holidays). Includes fitness assessment, and weekly home workouts.
Train with your accountability buddy and SAVE. This 45 minute full body workout will focus on form and technique with modifications offered to accommodate all parties. Minimum 2 people maximum 4. Your small group will receive complete coaching and motivation throughout the session.
