We'll start with a free consultation to discuss your goals and assess movement patterns so I can propose the best possible program options for you.
Your program will be tailored to your goals with a focus on functional training to help you build strength and move better through everyday life. Includes fitness assessment, workout programming, progress tracking, and unlimited text/email support. Programs require a minimum 90 day commitment in order to measure progress and build healthy habits.
Your training sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are so that you feel comfortable, yet still challenged enough to feel like a badass when you leave!
Montreal Personal Trainer for Women:

Beginner Strength Training for Women
There's strength in numbers! Did you know that women who have the support of a coach and/or community are 70% more likely to stick to their health and fitness routine?!
This 12 week program is designed to help women over 30 go from sedentary and overwhelmed to gym confident & consistent. Strength Starts Here uses a holistic approach to combine beginner strength training with behavior change coaching so that you can finally achieve the sustainable fitness routine you need to feel strong and confident in your body.
In weeks 1-8 you'll get really clear on what motivates you, master functional movement patterns, practice proper form, learn how to read and follow a program, start using dumbbells, and learn how to use gym equipment.
In weeks 9-12 you'll apply everything you've learned to enter a gym, follow a program and apply the behavior change strategies learned in the program. All with the support of a certified coach (me) and private community of like-minded women!
Includes weekly live coaching calls, private 24/7 online community, video tutorials, workbook and so much more to ensure your success.

12 weeks of behavior change coaching combined with personal training to help you build strength, confidence and sustainable habits within your current lifestyle. Together, we'll come up with the best, manageable plan to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
This individualized program includes weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to review workouts, correct form, track progress, celebrate successes, work through challenges and more. The goal is to build consistency by focussing on small, daily changes that will lead to your ultimate success.
