Montreal Personal Trainer


Private or semi-private training sessions tailored to your unique goals  and lifestyle. 


We'll start with a free consultation to discuss your goals and assess movement patterns so I can propose the best possible program options for you. 


Programs will be tailored to your goals with a focus on functional training to help you build strength and move better through everyday life. Includes fitness assessment, workout programming, progress tracking, and unlimited text/email support. 


Your training sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are so that you feel comfortable, yet still challenged enough to feel like a badass when you leave!


Montreal Personal Trainer for Women:

The Ultimate "Learn to Lift" program for Woman Over 30.


An online, self-guided program is designed to help women over 30 go from overwhelmed overwhelmed and intimidated to gym confident & consistent. Strength Starts Here uses a holistic approach to combine beginner strength training with proven behaviour change strategies to help women over 30 build a sustainable weight lifting routine.


In weeks 1-8 you'll get really clear on what motivates you, master functional movement patterns, practice proper form, learn how to follow a program, and start using dumbbells and basic gym equipment.


In weeks 8-12 you'll apply everything you've learned to enter a gym, follow a program and make strength training a habit. All with the support of a certified coach (me) and private community of like-minded women!


Includes live coaching calls, private 24/7 online community,  video tutorials, workbook and so much more to ensure your success.
